Venue for Hire at S.i.A

Sunshine International Arts’ (S.i.A) is a local charity who runs a local community arts centre in Loughborough Junction, Brixton, South London. We have affordable community spaces for hire and regularly host community group events, workshops and meetings.

We offer two Studio 3 and 4 is our self-catered arch space located in a quiet alley shared with our community centre opposite Loughborough Junction rail station . Regular bookings are especially welcome.

The studio is equipped with a tea making area and a shared toilet with disabled access. Tables and chairs are available. Ideal for: Workshops, meetings, rehearsals, playgroups, private lessons, seminars.

Following the easing up of national restrictions, S.i.A has expanded our affordable rentals by offering our new Studio 4, as well as Studio 3, These are each suitable for a variety of purposes, from workshops to rehearsals including

• Theatre and dance rehearsals.
• Workshops and Creative Sessions
• Business Meeting space and other office meetings
• Spaces for Education, Design and Research & Development
• Community Events such as yoga, local workshops
