Here at C.A.F.E ( our in-house catering)  we are passionate about Trinidadian/Caribbean food: roti, doubles, curries, pelau, you name it.

Trinidadian cuisine represents a rich mix of African, Indian, Chinese, European and Middle Eastern influences, impossible not be bowled over by. We are flexible in our approach however and provide a range of non-Caribbean options. We can cater for all kinds of events – whether special birthday parties, intimate weddings, supper clubs, conferences or afternoon teas. We love to create individually tailored menus from our affordable street-food style world menu.

Our chef Ray also offers cooking classes and talks on food and ingredients.
